There’s nothing complicated about roofing. Water runs downhill, and a roof is supposed to keep it out of your house. Like anything else though, there’s a right way (and a wrong way) to do it. We have decades of experience, and we take advantage of all the latest training and tools to perfect the roof we’ll put on your house.
It all starts with a free estimate. We’ll come out, thoroughly inspect your roof and prepare you a detailed estimate. We’ll give you several different shingle options that we recommend so you can choose the right one for you. We’ll give you some addresses of houses that we’ve roofed in your neighborhood so that you can get a better idea of what a certain shingle style and color will look like on your home.
There are tons and tons (Literally. The average shingle roof weighs 7200 lbs.) of debris, flashing and nails that have to come off your roof and make it into a debris container. Usually this means a big mess. Shingles get torn off, thrown on tarps on the ground, and dragged to to wherever the debris container is place, leaving nails and pieces of shingles strewn everywhere.
You don’t like messes. We don’t like messes.
So we did something about it.
We are proud to be southeast Nebraska’s only GAF Master Elite New Roof-No Mess contractor. We’ve invested in a cutting edge piece of equipment, called the Equipter, to ensure that your roofing project is completed as cleanly and quickly as possible. Debris comes directly off the roof and into the Equipter, no piles of old shingles and nails on your landscaping, or lawn.
When it comes to shingles, we are a Certified by GAF as a MASTER ELITE CONTRACTOR which means we can offer THE strongest factory backed certified warranty in the business- the System Plus GOLDEN PLEDGE Warranty. Full, non-prorated material AND workmanship coverage for as long as you own your home.
Peace of mind, backed by the Good Housekeeping Seal Of Approval.
We’ve all heard the stories. A company blows into town, does a bunch of work, and is gone in a few months, or years, leaving homeowners high and (not so) dry if something goes wrong.
We’ve been in business for decades in southeast Nebraska, and we are committed to being in business for decades into the future. Many of our clients are our friends and neighbors and we want to continue to be a part of the flourishing of our communities for years to come.
